Jon Gilmour

Founder & CEO

Jon brings over 20 years of experience in property and investment management throughout Blaine County, ID. His expertise spans long‑term rental investments, HOA governance and operations, and primary residences—providing clients with the insight and strategies needed to protect and grow their real estate portfolios.

Jon is known for building lasting relationships, listening closely to his clients, and delivering solutions that align with their goals. His deep market knowledge, combined with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach, ensures every property is managed for maximum value and long‑term success.

When he’s not guiding clients through key investment decisions, Jon enjoys running long distances, watching his kids excel in sports, and indulging his sweet tooth.

Alli Rathfon

Property Management and Operations Lead

Born and raised in the Wood River Valley, Alli recently moved back after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and spending a year in Washington working in risk management and operations. She now combines her local roots with her professional experience as the Property Management Operations Lead at Sawtooth Property Services.

Outside of work, Alli teaches Pilates at Tonic Method and is passionate about fitness and the outdoors. She spends much of her free time running, working out, and skiing - embracing the mountain lifestyle that makes the Valley home.
